Our story began when Adelaida Fernandez-Cuellar founded Garcia de la Cruz at a time when it was uncommon for women to work outside of the home. Since 1872, our family has lovingly raised each and every olive tree in our grove, producing the highest quality, most flavorful, and purest organic extra virgin olive oil for our customers.

Our olive oil represents the warmth and love of family, and our medium full flavor organic extra virgin olive oil is a true testament to our dedication. With natural flavors of tomato and freshly cut grass and a peppery bite, it is some of the best organic olive oil Spain has produced. More than just organic, our olive oil is certified organic and sustainably produced. Each of our oils is cold-pressed from single-origin olives grown on our 5th generation family farm in La Mancha, Spain. Our olive groves are recognized by Spain as a national bird sanctuary, and we even re-use the olive pits as fuel to heat our headquarters.

Our olive oils are pure, containing only olive juice and are cold-pressed to ensure the highest quality and healthy goodness.
