The 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is consistent in taste, characterized by a golden yellow color and olive fragrance, with a sweet, almond-like, and light fruity taste. It has an acidity below 0.3% and is rich in Poly Unsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFA). It is extracted exclusively from Italian olives at a temperature below 80°F (27°C) through a cold extraction process, preserving the characteristics of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, such as volatile aromas, polyphenols, antioxidants, and vitamins naturally contained therein.

The 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is certified as Kosher BRC and IFS. Dark glass is used for packaging to preserve the organoleptic and nutritional qualities of the product.
