Our passion for this special terroir and our desire for innovation have led us to develop new orchards through the most up-to-date cultivation systems, all while fully respecting the environment and people. We have improved soil conditions, carefully selected cultivars, and ensured attentive tree growth to produce high-quality olives.

Our range of products includes Les Terroirs de Marrakech, Desert Miracle, and Atlas. The organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) offered by Atlas Olive Oils is of superior quality, only produced from our own organic family farms. It is highly trusted by Michelin Star chefs and represents the culinary culture of Morocco.

Our olive oil is naturally rich in Polyphenols, particularly Hydroxytyrosol, thanks to the olive trees being stressed by the harsh desert environment. The resulting olive oil contains an extraordinary hydroxytyrosol value, making it unique and beneficial.

We carry out integrated production to ensure full satisfaction, with our land in Morocco being a difficult but special source for our oil. We plant olive groves, grow the right cultivar in an unspoiled environment, and utilize mechanized processes and first cold pressing only to produce our premium organic EVOO.

Our production area in the Marrakech region spans 245 hectares, with varied soil properties and careful pruning methods to ensure the best quality olive oil. Our offerings include both old bicentenary orchard and modern orchard cultivars, each with its own unique characteristics.

In addition to our high-quality olive oil, we offer tomato bruschetta with Atlas Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as well as a natural spray option. Our olive oil is perfect for various culinary uses, with a delicately complex aroma and taste that pleases the palate.
