Our olive oil is naturally rich in Polyphenols, especially Hydroxytyrosol, due to the olive trees' stress in the harsh desert environment. Our integrated production process ensures full satisfaction, and it's all possible due to our difficult but special land in Morocco. We plant olive groves and ensure sustainable development, use the right cultivar, and employ mechanized processes with first cold pressing only.

Our premium organic extra virgin olive oil comes from a variety of cultivars and modern and old orchards. The production area is in the Marrakech region, and our olive grove covers 245 hectares. The altitude is 390 meters above sea level, and the soil is well balanced. We harvest between the end of September and the end of December, and the extraction method is a 2-phase continuous system at a maximum of 26°C. Our yield is between 11.5% to 15%.
